Tried to record my Grouse Grind time with the app, but it crashed. You can bring up your pass from it, but the button is obscured by the useless "are you a BC resident" button that never goes away. Chalet vendors can't scan the pass from the app and have to copy the number manually.

We ski at Grouse. This app allows me to check weather, buy passes, load passes and even check in on the bears! Love it

They fixed the issues about expired tickets showing up

Terrible service when trying to book the sky ride. The site gets stuck in a loop every time. It won't recognize my account info even through it's correct. A total clown show. Kind of unbelievable that a place with that much money can't get it's act together. Buying a pass was a COMPLETE WASTE OF $.

Frustration levels increase every time using this App. When I go into the tickets section, there is a banner that asks if I'm a BC Resident. I respond every time and it continues to show up EVERY time. Then when I get to my tickets, its a random list of all my past purchases. It is way to difficult to find the current ticket I need to show for presentation. I have mentioned this to customer service more than once and since October. It is now January. Not a make me happy App user. Staff agree!

So close to being an excellent app! The map should be higher resolution and available off line all the time since there are many areas of the mountain with no cell reception. There needs to be a function to archive old passes. It's impossible to find my current tickets among many old tickets - including some from previous seasons! The "BC Resident?" button reappears every time I open the app and covers my passes. Fix these and I would easily give 5 stars!
