DON'T BUY, they don't react on emails @SEB if you offer it, please react on emails does not connect to optigrill, it asks to activate location, location is activated and permission is given. Further, I can connect the grill directly with Bluetooth. The app doesn't work three phones: Samsung A40, S10 and Xperia XZ2 Compact In addition, I cannot understand why the app doesn't work without internet, I want to control my grill and not use additional stuff provided by Tefal online.

In my personal opinion this is fraud: 1) App cannot connect to any as it states location not activated. Tried this now on five(!) different Android 10 phones. 2) Contacted SEB via the mail address provided as response to the other mainly negative reviews here in the Play Store. Useless waste of time as they never answer. So, question: Does Tefal value their customers?

T-Fal should be strongly cautioned. On the box and advertising for the product, the most prominent selling feature was the ability to view the cooking time that was left and use profiles. The recent upgrade did away with this, fundamentally changing not just the app, but the product itself. Misrep? It is too late for me to return the item - had this been the functionality in the first place, I would never have bought the unit. As other reviewers have requested, T-Fal should reverse course.

While I appreciate Tfal listening to consumers and bringing back key fratures, more needs to be done. You used to be able to set profiles for up to 4 people so you could cook everyone's plate perfectly. That feature is still gone...please bring that back. With recent update, all you can do is select a cooking temp and a timer, there is no customization. The App is really just for receipes. Please install the old app, exactly as it was. It didnt need a change!!

I absolutely loved this product however the new update for the app is awful. I Purchased the bluetooth model but with the new update I can't use any of the features. Looks like Im going to return it. In the future and this goes with all companies, don't fix what ain't broke.
