Bluetooth not remaining active after the coffee maschine stops. Phone is paired with the maschine but not an active BT connection. Update: it is an app problem, if I register 2 devices/phones for pairing with the coffee maschine if the first one connected is not closed completely from the phone apps background the second device won't connect. It will be great to change the pairing mode to disconnect after 15 minutes of inactivity to solve this problem.

App doesnt work. Send multiple emails to them still nobody was able to sort it out. So disappointed in the help centre. If you have Samsung galaxy 10+ dont even bother with app- so frustrating to have an option to use machine via app and still not be able to to it. Pure rubbish.

This has worked much better than I thought it would , i like that you can make a drink and adjust settings all on the app. Also not limited to one user I haven't had any problems using the app 😀

Great app as long as you have the bluetooth and location switched on..love the way it tracks every cup you have and the fact you can send your order from your armchair once set up.
