The robot is good but it's nearly impossible to connect again. Same happened in April. I wasted two hours and a lot of the nerve cells and finally got lucky. Not lucky this time. After multiple reinstallations, resettings etc. it still can't connect to the cloud or at all. I'm not sure what's the point of having an app you can't use. It's been months, you see tens of the reviews being unsatisfied by your connectivity and still it doesn't work. On what earth do you expect us to recommend this?

As a cleaner it is great but again it lost connection to the cloud and now i cannot reconnect it.Tried all(restart,reset) but no success.I use it only manually as it cannot be operated by the app.

The app does not allow to control two or more robots. This is a very significant limitation and disappointment for a customer like me who decided to buy two robots to clean our house which has a ground and a first floor. It is URGENT TO UPDATE THE APP TO CONTROL TWO ROBOTS.

In the last update they fixed the desynchronization problem. Even though the robot stops early now restarting is easy.

Best robot we have. Application, easy to use. Impossible to connect from internet. It worked only from local wifi. Application said it's not possible to find robot. After I switched to local wifi, robot was found and can be controlled. I installed the new application and the same problem exactly. I like this robot do much, I buy the second one. Could not connect to cloud. It was send in warranty Sorry for bad need, but users must know.

The app is not so good. To connect the device is not so easy. All the time problems wit connection.Even if the device is connected, when I am pressing stop, the device is stil working.
