• All of our 2008 or later motorcoaches are equipped with diesel engines that are vastly greener than previous engines. The designs drastically reduce polluting particulate emissions by 90 percent, and operate exclusively on Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD) fuel.
Our reservation and dispatch software have the enhanced ‘smart tablet technology.’ This enables our dispatchers and chauffeurs to communicate soundlessly without annoying radio chatter or cell phone calls which ensures ‘hands and mind free’ driving. Our chauffeurs receive trip information via the tablet, which include the latest GPS and navigation tools. This allows the dispatchers to ascertain the exact position of the vehicle in real time thus enabling us to provide current information to travel providers in the event of an emergency.
The system also provides us the ability to send a text message or email to the passenger reminding them of an upcoming trip (at 12:00 PM the day prior to the scheduled pick up day). Additionally, when the passenger arrives at the airport, they will receive a text, or email, with the chauffeur’s name and cell phone number ensuring passenger and chauffeur can communicate directly, eliminating the need to telephone the office if the passenger is unable to locate the chauffeur at the airport or other scheduled pickup location.
