Excellent concept. It overlays a previous picture semi transparent over the screen while you take the "after" picture. This allows you to line them up perfectly. Unfortunately the UI is horrendous, and you can not choose a picture from your gallery to be the overlay. The before picture must be taken with the app. These two things make the app relatively useless.
