Constantly losing Wi-Fi connection even though my Wi-Fi service is High extremely difficult to install I had to hire a Wi-Fi Tech who spent two hours trying to figure it out we finally got it installed but it's constantly failing. It is also impossible to get ahold of Grohe

This app is basically useless. My unit disconnects from the internet and there is no way to re-establish the connection. Can't remove the unit to reinstall it, and can't edit the wifi connection.

I want you to find the sponsor of this app in Grohe, then sack him/her including the whole app team. In 43 years of existence I have not used a worst app or the worst set-up instructions from a company. I had to go online and find out how to enable Wi-Fi from Grohe Blue. App gave no instructions whatsoever. Finally after finding YouTube videos and landing on the app, I have no idea what is "Tracking* or other functions. Honestly being a German company you have ashamed yourselves.

I have installed a Grohe blue but it always shows the tap is not connected. Very complicated and impossible to make it work

Next to useless. This app delivers nearly none of the features that would be useful for remote monitoring of water usage or leaks. Worse yet, it's nearly impossible to change the apps mind if it thinks that it's found a leak, which happens often when watering outside. it also took about six tries to get the app to recognize the water meter, requiring multiple resets or reinstalls.

Have some issues with it. Had to replace batteries while its last reading said 80%. The humidity is way off. It says 100% while my other sensor says 60%!? When I click the notification, it opens the app but I need to sign in again!? When I open the app directly, it isn't necessary to sign in again.
