The customer support is terrible..they don't respond to messages on WhatsApp. And they don't meet the delivery timelines..

The app is ok and but i did say it saves time, hell no the delivery is very slow, you other and they call after 1 or 2 hours who does that kind of delivery. It is not handy one bit and please the goods that are out of stock especially in fruits and vegetable section do well to restock them as soon as possible.
