Horrible customer support. Have been trying to reach the customer support since 3 days but no response. My robot has an issue with the side brushes which I would like to get resolved. Now I'm left with a non functional cleaning robot which is eating dust.

Can't connect to 5G. So far i like the purifier itself and i don't mind that i have to do it manually. However, it would be convenient to have the app. I am glad i got the purifier on discount or else i would be more upset since I'm sure the app is also the reason for the higher price. Once they figure out how to get this to do 5G I will be more than happy to improve my rating.

App has issues submitted to Developer a week ago or more. Makes me lose 15min to try to activate the robot for a cleaning every time. Still waiting for thed Developer to acknowledge the issues. 2 stars so far. Will drop to 1 star next week if nothing changes.

Okay app. Has all the functions I need. Only problems I have: - does not seem to properly support European summer time - editing rooms in the map manager has some issues and doesn't feel intuitive

A kind of apps which request so many permissions and are so much unfriendly... We managed to install it on 1 out of 3 devices for the reasons unknown - no troubleshooting, no anyhow detailed instructions, no support (to get it one has to register and tell everything about you - I wonder why I should tell them the name of my grandfather if I have paid lots of money for this stuff already and cannot make it running - they should call me and ask if everything is fine).

One of the best companies! There was a problem in the app, I contacted the company, one week later, I got a new firmware update that included exactly that single fix! The robot works really out of the box perfectly!
