Absolutely dissatisfied with the delivery, they commit to 45 mins but do not deliver on time. Hope someone looks into the delivery, i dont think im going to order nxt time..what is the point of having a good app when u cant provide customer service

Absolutely dissatisfied with the delivery, inspite of charging for the delivery the food is never delivered on time. No point having app when you cannot take care of customer service

Only reason I've given 2 rating is because of the food. But I always order using Zomato, as the app is horrible. Very inconvenient, the locations aren't properly updated, and the worst, their offers are often outlet based and this information isn't available anywhere on the app. They accepted and offer and later declined saying our branch can't deliver. The call was from an unprofessional manager at Healthcare city branch, despite being a regular customer. Since then have reduced orders from here

i was so disappointed with a food and service , we waited half hour for a waiter but everyone was busy due to limited staff one person using his mobile on reception all the time after half hour they took order and after 40 minutes he place wrong menu on our table. this unprofessional behavior from restaurant management and staff. not wasted our precious time but also spoiled the party for which I had invited my friends all the way from Abu Dahbi.this restaurant don't deserve even a single star.

Good offers, but I am not able to receive OTP when registering (please help) and as such am not able to use the app at all.

App has option to schedule delivery. I ordered in morning 8 am to be delivered at 2 pm. Order confirmed at 11 am. Order not dispatched till 2 30 pm. Upon enquiry the agent ask why I placed order early in morning. Seems the app and the delivery systems are not in sync
