Consistently you update the app and then it won't load the machines to even start laundry. 3rd time I've had to call for a technician to try to fix it. Seriously get the updates right already.

Half the time doesn't detect the laundry machines. Went down the street and used Payrange and it worked fine, so it's not my phone it's the app.

Always have to quit the app and restart to sense the machines. Also changes a processing fee on top of the outrageous wash cycle cost. They got you hostage which is a shame.

Really useful, when it works. App has a history of crashing, saying "bad internet connection" when that is not the case. Takes a minute or two for your machines to appear in the list, so launch the app before loading your laundry. Keep back-up quarters since it seems to be fickle when it works, even if you've already started laundry.

App will not always show the available machines so you'll get stuck not being able to access the dryer after you've washed your clothes.

Worst thing to happen to laundry since moths. This was installed on our apartment's laundrette a few months ago and it's a joke. It regularly just crashes, has repeated hangups, we have to restart the machines all the time EDIT: Now they try to tell me this is connectivity issues. How about YOU provide adequate installation standards to installers, because the ONLY thing Im talking to the super about is getting rid of this stupid app. You charge me extra fees anyways, screw this rip-off!

About this app

Make doing the laundry less of a hassle with a Greenwald Pay mobile app that's easy-to-use! The app lets you add funds to your account in seconds, and then you're good to go...just select a machine, load your laundry and start.

Once the washer or dryer gets going the app also gives you a time remaining that tells you how long there is to go until your laundry is done.

The app will rely on your phone having a wi-fi, 3G or 4G signal inside the laundry room to activate the machines - and also to see the countdown on the cycle if you leave to do something else while your wash completes.

SIGN-UP: If you are in your Laundry Room, the mobile app will automatically detect your
Laundry Room. If you are not in your Laundry Room, enter the Registration ID from your Laundry location owner or on the sign located in your Laundry Room.
