Good when it actually works. More often than not the discount code doesn't refresh manually. Tried logging out and back in but to no avail.

Great until now. It seems from recent reviews, I'm having the same problem. Got a new phone same make and sim, yet cannot get the season ticket to work. Tried it this weekend, even the bar staff cannot understand it. Luckily one of the customers came to the rescue for me.

Useless. Half the time the app doesn't work properly. Most of the time it did not scan at all the bar staff hand to manually enter the long number by hand into the till.When it did scan it didn't give the discount as it stated been used before. Now keeps saying to verify mobile number , when I try to verify my number it states number all ready verified. Unable to use the discount at all. Bring back the plastic card it was simple and easy to use. Waste of time . Don't bother to install .

Great app. Free pint for joining. 10% off all drinks an hour before, during and after any live football or any sporting event shown on the big tvs. Several games to play to earn other various discounts including money off drinks, 10% or 20% off your next round, plus £5 off food orders. Very easy to use, never had an issue with the app or the scanner when paying.

Lenovo A916 - Unable to install and connect the app. Now have to change to cheaper pubs, as dont need this sill time consuming delay at counter which does not work. The silly wait at the bar is at the delayed serving expense of other customers waiting (im)patiently for service. Scrap the idea and go back to the plastic card - quick and very very reliable.

After much frustration & annoyance, I have come to the conclusion that this app simply does not work on older smart-phones, poss due to the fact that my old phone had an Android 4.4.4 (Kitkat) O.S., which is no longer supported by Google; also it had very limited storage. So took the plunge and bought a brand new Android 9.0 (Pi) O.S. unlocked Smart phone. TaDah!! Now the app works brill. But u still need wi-fi connection at the pub. So, try BT home b/band with free BT Mobile (hotspot) app. 😁
