Typical modern app. Total garbage. Favourite pubs never load up, and you have to reselect it every time you open the app. Currently says "no menu available at this pub" on my friends phone, but loads fine on mine. Another poorly developed app that is now the norm, managed by people who don't care. As long as it just about works, it's fine. That's the modern-day thinking of app developers. Most apps were better 10 years ago. All is going downhill everywhere.

Would not use app again. We ordered and drinks served 25 minutes later. People going to bar 10 and 15 minutes AFTER we ordered and getting served, before we had ours drinks. No point using app when not served in order of queue or more quickly!!!

Ordered and paid in the app. Nothing arrived at the table. When I enquired staff told me the app hasn't worked for 18 months. Very annoying.

Usually it is quick and easy to order from the app but just now payment from the Google pay app failed twice even though I checked and I had plenty of money in the account. Tried again with a different card and it was fine but I was left worried that I may have paid too many times.

Awful app that doesn't work. Put in the full order, went to pay, didn't recognise the card, it doesn't recognise the new style debit or credit cards. After all this kerfuffle I bailed and ordered at the bar and the bill was £5 cheaper . Every cloud has a silver lining .

This app is shocking. I am locked out of it, been sent a new temporary password but it won't let me paet the verify page and I have requested verification code numerous times. All I can say its a good I was able to login as a guest. 😡
