Have been trying to get Sephora customer service to help for a week now and still nothing! app is frozen in reservations and will not allow me to see the Beauty services or reserve any beauty services and now that several days have passed there are no more available. terrible app and absolutely no one to help. still waiting for a call back!!!

Sephoria app doesn't work. Sephora needs to find a better IT to fix this problem.

Customer service and the set up to make reservations are awful. Then when you try to get assistance, you get bounced around between Sephora and showclix.
