The cafe finder function does not work. The location settings were turned on and the app updated, but still nothing comes up in the search.

The only place i have found in my area is the Medowie Macadamia farm. App is easy to use there, wouldnt mind a "tab" that shows green caffeen sites in my area. Otherwise all good. ☕

Wonderful idea and never had a issue for at least 1.5 years of using. Occasionally scanning doesn't work but usually down to light or worn out barcode. Entering code is no issue. Group feature is a huge plus too!

It's a fantastic idea but there are so few participating cafes it makes it hard to swap the cups. When I did go to a cafe today the cups were dirty and covered in dust. The cafe owner just said, "so few people use them so they just sit there and collect dust. I had to sort through them to try and find a clean cup. I am happy to help the environment, but won't be using green caffeen if the cups are dirty.

I have no cups checked out in my account as I had returned the cup on the 2nd of February.However, I got charged the fee two days ago. I am very disappointed and frustrated over this issue. If this issue is not resolved I will contact my bank for fraud.
