The app is good and so is the chat feature. The assistance provided is prompt and if needed their agents don't hesitate to give a callback to you to clear your doubts and reassure you, in case of escalation they make sure they take care of your case well. What ruins it for the application is the stores they've tied up with. Some stores offer experiences par excellence such as Ghawali but my consultation at Faces was really terrible, not that it was the fault of the Muse app, but it was bad!

Great most of the Luxury Brands under one roof, explored a bit and find a good app as well the loyalty program. Please add the option to use our image in the profile section. Update the telephone numbers as when trying to call there is no number found.
