Saya sudah ambil voucher dr watt coffee, pd hari minggu tgl 27 agustus mau saya reedem dan kasir blg dia tdk pernah mengetahui adanya kerjasama dgn aplikasi gratiser. Bahkan sampai di open bill dulu agar dia bisa bertanya dlu ke temennya. Hasilnya tetep aja voucher ga bs d redeem, kasir tdk pernah tau gratiser, tdk tau harus memasukkan pin apa.

Saya menukar kupon di kaffeine. kupon bisa ditukar dengan syarat membeli minuman. Namun tidak ada keterangan dr waitres tentang kupon apakah bisa atau tidak ditukar.
