Can't connect. Tried Samsung S6, S9 and S20. Will connect gimbal to Bluetooth but not in app. Hohem Gimbal app works OK though but not this app Hohem Studio.

I get very low frame rate of 14 fps at 1080p on a Samsung s7. Just terrible stuttery footage using the default phone storage. Has made using the gimbal useless! Would have been far better without using this software! A lot of effort to get it connected via bluetooth to the gimbal because you have to choose the device each time. You should simply set a default device and it should connect automatically from that point. Change it in settings later if you need a pick device screen. For the main purpose of using a gimbal it's pretty useless.

Completely useless in LG G6. App will not connect to the phone. I can connect to bluetooth on the gimbal when not in the app but not with the app. I would give 1 sar except the customer service was a little better than no customer service at all. I'll bump up a star for at least kind of trying to help. They attempted to give me things to try but nothing worked. Then they disapeared. Several days later I asked them what the status was they responded with it won't work on your device.

Hello Hohem Support, I would like to notify the developers of a bug in the app for Android. I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge [SM-G935F] running Android 7.0. I usually get very good quality of video and pictures---except when I enable "face tracking" in the app. With face tracking enabled, the frame rates drop considerably making the video output grainy and jittery. Kindly test and provide a fix. Thank you.

I don`t see 4K video option (Galaxy S8) Also, every time i start the app the flashlight settings is back to default! I rarely use flashlight so it is annoying for me. Please make it remember all the settings that i have set. Also, it flickers while trying to adjust the exposure and the video is NOT usefull. Please fix this. Never had any problem with other camera apps!

I just installed app on my Samsung Plus 8. It's great! All functionality of app works! IF YOU CAN NOT GET IT TO CONNECT TO BLUETOOTH, you may have tried to sync device with Bluetooth connection within your phone. DO NOT DO THIS. You need to uninstall app, reinstall, GO TO YOUR BLUETOOTH SETTINGS, unpair device, open app, click on Bluetooth icon there, and get it to sync from app! Also, when you turn off the device and turn it back on, remember to click the bluetooth icon (now in upper right of app) which will open window with device's MAC ID (long string of numbers), click there and your device will connect again! Enjoy!
