Another great app by Stephan. I have most of Rob's bjj formula apps and the concept approach vs. technique makes it easier to remember and put into practice. Excellent detailed imstruction. For 20 bucks its a fantastic deal.

Excellent, detailed instruction. Practical techniques you can incorporate into your game immediately. Highly recommend all Grapplearts instructional products.

I don't usually write reviews, but I like to support quality products (in hopes that more quality products will follow). This is another high quality (and I think high value) instructional from Grapplearts. Clear and concise information that addresses both the conceptual and technical aspects of the back game, some of which I have been able to put into use right away. Biernacki and Kesting's teaching styles really stick with me. I just bought the Top Game Formula app sight unseen based on my experience with Back Attack.

Of course the content is absolutely brilliant. As with all these Grapplearts apps though, having to accept the terms and conditions every time you open the thing is a bit annoying. Would it not be possible to have a one time "I accept" button in the settings or something?

This series rekindled a fire I had been lacking lately. My greatest passion is jiu jitsu and if it weren't for this series I dont know where I'd be right now. A huge thank you to Senseis Biernacki and Kesting for their endless contributions to the gentle art.

Concept-base BJJ is the focus of this app. My only qualm is that this is volume 4 and it's released first. There are certain parts of the videos where they reference previous volumes that are not available at the time of this review. That said, I'm not docking any stars because this is exactly what I'm looking for and I will buy the entire set as it's released.
