Their support system and help links are pretty dated. The emails link to broken pages that don't load in the app. I tried to tip my driver (I'll use cash next time) and the tip didn't go through. After finally getting assistance with a human buried behind a chat bot, I learned they could only use GrabPay to issue the tip. What a hassle. Overall the service seems reliable so far.

Incredibly easy to use. Currently much cheaper than city taxis. One problem I have is sometimes it won't update my location so the pickup is set far from me. This is a bit of a big issue. If the location becomes more fluid then I'll improve my review. No, I won't be visiting you on Facebook. The location issue remains. Also many grab drivers now accept your ride request but don't even begin moving toward you for 2-3 minutes. The app shouldn't allow them to wait so long to come pick up.

Over all a good app, bit if we thought about it, if a customer is using it to go from the airport to some other place, doesn't it make sense to start them with a pickup choice at 'arrivals' rather than 'departures? Especially since these pickup locations are often at the very same longitude and latitude, but on different floors. :/

Drivers tend to spam calls, which due to the app design blocks information like the license plate number of their car. Translation options within the app are terrible, and for sections like food, nonexistent. Grab is ripe for total disruption of it's business due to lacking basic usability. Especially for travel. Another problem: drivers unable to find pickup points because they will not use the apps map. This is why they spam voice calls, they have no idea where passengers.

The transport section is misleading in how they frame grabcars differently than grab taxi. I made the common mistake of ordering the car instead of taxi and almost paid double. The food app is horrible, have always run into problems with cancellations. I once ordered something at 1:10 PM with estimated arrival of 2:05 PM, only to be informed at 1:55 PM that the order is cancelled because there are no drivers. I called help center 10 times but could not get through their system, horrible!!

App was very convenient and lots of promos. Now its become more complicated. Promos are falsely advertised, selectable but cannot be applied due to some necessary requirement. Long distance drivers are now choosy and would prefer short distances delivery. They would send you a message of complaint then cancel. If you try to contact support agent, they would tell you the same regarding promos. Restart app, clear cache, reinstall app, etc. Not helpful. Selectable but not applicable. Ridiculous.
