Still room for improvement. There are still features that do not make our use much more smoother. An example would be having to rate the customer experience immediately after job is completed. It wld be better if this review is carried out much later. It delays our need to find out where the next pickup location is. There is a waiting interval of a few seconds before we can proceed to see where the passenger is waiting. It complicates when we are in a busy area and have to quickly move on.

This App really eats up yr phone memory. Have to restart every hour. Phone hang at times..... Can something be done??! Follow-up review..... This app has come a long way and improve over time. Only 1 complain, can the developer be kind enough to make all touchable buttons like navigation button, send message button, etc. much bigger in size?! It would be easier to press when the car is moving fast and on bumpy roads

Need to improve the map and location names. E.g location is puchong but it shows Damansara or Subang. Map doesn't work due to lost signal under the overhead highways. Ampang, Pandan, Trec,. Proper guide to exit when there are multiple exits. Sometimes map respond slow to inform on the turnings. App needs a pause option rather than just Go Offline. This option should allow the driver to go on break n yet see if there are bookings that they can accept. Info on KLIA queue is not the same as advised

The in app navigation obviously more erratic and as it get close to the targeted pin location, my current location become unstable maybe due to the gps resolution thus, accuracy to get more error current location. The current location of the seeker gets erractic and jump to other lane or road and cause problem to seeker or rider like me. Its more problem when the network conection show weak sign. No incentives for more than 2 weeks. No ultimate tab too

Applications user interface is getting very bad. When a new job pops not all the job details are visible. Why the fare details hidden? Also transition very slow from job pops up to full visible. Confusing navigation system. Passanger's are confused by new features " sharing Passanger location " , which caused Passanger to stand far away from designated pickup points; which causes cancelation. The statement format to improve and make simple. Can Simplify the job ID.

1. Pls show island wide traffic condition and not onlt the destination route given by grab. 2. Payment page can go back to the previous old system. The new page too many steps is difficult to key in the amount. 3. Accuracy of the riders GPS so they will not pin point wrong pick up location. 4. Recently apps keep hang. 5. 08 Dec the apps doesn't auto add in ERP for just grab job. After job closed unable to get help reimburse the lost. Help center also can't get help.
