GrabMe is the first on-demand delivery service that turns every days shoppers into on-demand deliverers. People are already out shopping at, or near, the places you need things from. When you realize you forgot that extra bag of diapers, need another gallon of paint, or simply don’t want to stop what you are doing to go grab a bite to eat, you can pay to have them to buy and deliver it for you!
Or, maybe you’d like to make a little extra money while you are out shopping? GrabMe delivery requests are location specific. So you don’t have to worry about traveling across town to fulfill them. That means you decide which deliveries you will make, and how much you will make them for.
Better still, pricing is transparent. GrabMe only charges the person making the request a flat fee of 15% of the purchase price of the product being delivered. That means you can pay almost as much as you want* to have it delivered, and if you are delivering, you will immediately know how much you can make doing it.
Here is how it works:
Say you are getting ready for your child’s birthday party when you realize you forgot the ice cream and candles. Family and friends will be over any minute, so you don’t have time to run out to the store yourself. You pull out your phone, launch the GrabMe app, and start a new request. You can immediately see if anyone is available. You quickly enter a few pieces of information, like how much the ice cream and candles should cost, and how much you are willing to pay to have them delivered.
Let’s say that looks like the following:
- Ice Cream and Candles: $10.00
- Paying GrabMe: $1.50 (15%)
- Paying to have it delivered: $5.00
A shopper already at your local grocery store sees the request, realizes it is only a couple miles from their house, and gladly accepts. Seems like an easy $5.00.
They buy your items, mark them as purchased, and head to your house to deliver them. You can see this because GrabMe let’s you track the location of your delivery. As they pull up, you run outside to grab your ice cream and candles. A quick thank you is all that is needed before you run back inside to sing happy birthday. After dinner you mark the request as grabbed and rate the experience. You can even tip them a little extra for such a quick delivery.
That’s it. Payment is silently transferred behind the scenes, your child had an amazing birthday, and you didn’t have to leave the house.

- Paid to grab them: $5.00
- Paid extra for such a quick delivery: $3.00
