So far, I've used this service twice, mainly because of the promo code. Comparing prices, it may not make sense to use the Grab Shuttle service especially if there are multiple drop offs, when I can just pay a couple of dollars more to get a GrabHitch. I see a niche for this service, but like all things, the price must be right.

This is a really poor app. I went as far as searching for pick up & drop off points & then key those in only to have it say we don't have those locations. Like what??!! Better to just show where the avail pick up & drop off points are near our selected points & we select. Much improvement needed

Used to love this app. But after a while, the driver seems to lazy to drive to your pick up point. I am not sure why, maybe the app doesnt choose nearest driver. That should be the reason why the Grab Shuttle Plus will discontinue. Mainly because their service is not consistent.

I received SMS confirmation that my ride was on the way. I waited and 15 minutes later (past the allocated pickup time), I was informed (by SMS again) that my ride was CANCELLED! In another word, Grab Shuttle Plus will play you out anytime even after payment and confirmation.

Why are you trying to ruin my food mood for trying your new app when creating a new account, by giving me an error message : "The phone number entered is not valid." ? Since the number I entered is valid, why choose to say that to me, what could be your reason for behaving in such an annoying way ? Do you not serve the Philippines? If so, this is not a valid error message to display, but instead : "Sorry, we haven't worked out how to provide service in your country yet, we are very appreciative that you tried though and to apologise for wasting your time, offer you $5 discount on Grab in the meantime. Thank you and again, sorry for not being successful yet." On the other hand, if you do serve the Philippines, then what is wrong with you, why spend so much effort turning new users away by rejecting their valid phone number, how did you come to the conclusion that this behavior would be useful ?

Always on time (make sure you book in advance, not last minute). I only don't like the fact that the driver will not wait for you so long, but that's true, it's like how public shuttle bus works. Great app, great service !!!
