App keeps crashing in the middle of browsing, always had to re-open.The only time it won't crash is when checking out the order. Had 2 bad experiences on 2 separate occasions. 1) Order is cancelled an hour after confirmation, payment had been made. Still waiting for my refund (which at this point I doubt I'll ever get it). 2) The promised food delivery time was 45-50 minutes after confirmation. But received 2 1/2 hours later. No one reached out to inform or explain why. Never using it again.

Apparently there's bug with your apps. I was unable to link to Grabpay despite having sufficient balance in my account. The "continue" button which was supposed to be there was occupied by a blur "GRAB" rectangular icon(seemed like a bug). I tried with 3 different devices but had the same result. Worse, there seemed to have no payment method by cash. Just imagine a hungry family, annoyed, trying to figure out how to deal with this problem. It was an unpleasant experience.

i've been trying to use this app for a gazillion times, but it always had the same problem: always crashed and spontaneously logged me out. I was also had a limited choice of restaurant because the app will crash if i choose other than those that showed up on the main page. I couldn't even order from McDonald! You know that's not good for someone who is hungry af and could eat a dinasour for dinner. I hope you'll fix this problem..thank you

usual grab app... full of unnecessary fluff... slow, and a pain to set up and use. why do you need a common screen on grab... when i have to download a seperate app for grab food... might as well just have each app icon go striaght into the app instead of going to that stupid laggy common a screen.. why do filled lines disappear when i navigate within the payment menu? its not like i will have different instructions when i change my relink my grab pay...

Overall the app is ok, just please improve the add address function, we only get to choose street name but 1 street will have many building and we are not given chance to choose where we located exactly, and yes there's a pin point function, it suppose to appear at the street we key in before and we just enhance the location, but we were located on the other side of the earth and expect us to search for our place through half of the world map and at the end we were told that we cant enhance the location as the initial point is too far from where we pin pointed, like seriously, the initial point was at the other half of the earth. PLEASE FIX THIS ANNOYING PROBLEM

The new unified Grab + Grab Food app released in April 2019 has not worked for me. I'm always stuck at 'This is taking longer than expected' message while the app queries the restaurant. This happens for multiple restaurants, during off-peak hours (~3pm). I highly doubt it's the restaurants' fault as I've been ordering fine from them up until this week. Fix your app ASAP. You're losing customers fast. For the moment I'm forced to use another delivery app.
