You can only use it if upgraded.

Need to open the app while you're online before it goes to the main page and you can access the offline map. Severely lacking restaurants, shops, things to see etc. All in all its pretty useless. On top of that you need to pay for GPS directions. Not to be recommended.

Misleading app name, need to pay for map guide. Uninstalled straight after found grayed map and plenty of distracting advertisements. It is not funny to cheat ppl.
