Very bad experience. Doesn't show the live location. Live tracking also not working properly. On top of it nobody picks up the customer care number. Overall not recommendable. The company has written in response to the review that they didn't receive my single call. If nobody picks up the call on the so called customer care number, how will you receive my call. I had called on customer care umpteenth times but nobody picked up the call.

Network issue.... when ur vehicle in low network area it will not work. And now...the worst..I can't see the icon of on and off ignition... N customer care is not picking up the phone. It is worst. In emergency .. I can't operate my car.

Missing car symbol on live tracking only showing line and arrors.missing direction feature in it.very bad experince with customer care service, no reply on customer care whatsapp no, gps not working since 4months but not resolved by the fasttrack team.I am fedup with the service given by fastrack team.
