The app is no different from the website, it would be nice to have your appointment shown in the app with a preliminary booking, then a confirmed booking (this would make the process allot nicer to use), they need to give allot more details on the website I'm impressed with the work they carried out, I would use again...

the app just keeps crashing on me, I have an s10 so my phone is up to date but it is unusable. I managed (I think) to make an order but it now crashes every time it is opened. it gets worse, they confirmed by email and text then just did not turn up and lied about me talking to them. they then rearranged for the next morning so j got up early only to get a call saying that they would not turn up. I relied on them and they are useless, very unprofessional.

So useful to be able to book a car valet for home. The quality of these pros can't be compared the £10 guys down the road. Different league. Wish I'd known about this before now and would have saved a fortune on getting some scratches fixed. Got a full valet and the guy polished out some small scratches, which makes me think he could have done the same with the ones I paid a fortune to sort out a few months back.

The android app wouldn't let me edit my address, so have had to book using the suggested address which is technically the neighbours place. I look forward to seeing how the clean goes.
