Let's face it, for most commuters their daily routine looks something like this: Wake up. Get out the door for work. Get stuck in traffic. Find the parking garage or lot with empty stalls nearest to work. Drive slowly through that lot to find those empty stalls. Work. Return to the car. Find door scratches and dents in car. Get in. Drive home. Get stuck in more traffic. Drag tired body in the door at home. Tell kids you're too tired to play. Eat. Sleep. Repeat.

Would it surprise you to know that the average person spends between 35 - 107 hours / year searching for parking? Isn't that time you'd rather spend doing something (ANYTHING) else?

GoValet rents privately-owned parking stalls to commuters - hourly, daily or monthly, to help them find the closest stalls, at the best rates, without wasting time driving in circles. Unlike commercial and civic options, our customers can find, book & pay for parking in advance.

As a company in the sharing economy, GoValet allows people to rent out their parking stall to commuters in the same way that other services allow you to rent a room.

Need parking? Find a safe space in our GoValet community. Book it before you get there, so you know it's yours and no more driving around aimlessly looking like a parking shark.

Need money? If you have a parking stall or lot in a desirable area, such as downtown, near a stadium, or concert venue, or even a hospital, rent your stall while you're not using it and earn money for the time it's just sitting there anyway.

Of course, we want to have other cool features, like donate your parking stall to people using the local emergency room (you'll feel really good), remember where you parked by tagging your spot, finding a lower cost alternative to expensive monthly parking in heavy urban areas and of course, booking a monthly parking spot so you'll always park in the same spot.

App Permissions

Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows an application to read from external storage.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows an app to access precise location.
Allows an app to access approximate location.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
