Disappointed with Company's delivery. Charged an extra 30 rupees for online payment, not mentioned in the bill or by customer service. No option on the app or website to account for this fee. Other companies like Daraz offer discounts for online payment. Customer service was unresponsive, ended call without addressing my concerns. A frustrating and misleading experience.

Installed app today ... Rawalpindi is not availble in location Otherwise app is good ... we should appreciate these type of steps by companies. OTP issue has been resolved i just recieved the otp in few seconds

Couldnt sign up. Tried many times didn't got any otp message after trying 2-3 time in different dates.

Installed the App, added items in the cart it took me to registration screen. Entered all the required information, tapped on Sing Up button which took me to the OTP screen. I am still waiting for OTP to be received but no chance of it that I will be getting it in the near future.
