Conceptually a great app. I love being able to watch condensed games to catch up from the weekend. Or I would be if this app had worked more than 3 times without freezing, crashing, or completely locking up my phone and or xbox. I have reached out to support 8 times, and eventually requested a refund 3 or 4 more times. I was told that I would have to go through Google for a refund, which they of course refused. Noone responsible and im out 99 bucks.. Thanks NFL. I know you need the money

This app sucks. When I hit the icon the app opens and just has a spinning circle and never connects. I have to restart my phone every time. Once I get the game going, it shuts down unexpectedly and I have to go through the process again. Very rarely does it go back to the game. The app works better on a Ruku TV. It will not allow me to case to my TV, but I expect that's more of a legal issue.

Although I have 1GB internet and an Ethernet connection, streaming via this app is horrendous. The video pauses continuously, to the point that the stream is so choppy it's unwatchable. Audio has intermittent issues, also. The only recommended fixes are to uninstall and reinstall the app, or restart your device. It's an all-around poor experience.

Truly the worst app I can ever recall using, both on phone and on desktop. Buggy, horrible interface, and on my laptop, even with nothing else running it constantly stops, starts, buffers, repeats frames, sometimes freezes for whole minutes then comes back to life for a few seconds. I have to reboot repeatedly on a football Sunday. Cheaper than others but such a disaster. The Dev team should be ashamed. Obviously it must be full of memory leaks and that's one reason it gets progressively worse.

I downloaded the app on my fire TV stick. It's the most awful experience I've ever had. In the middle of watching the game it will just exit the app for no reason whatsoever. Then, after restarting the app and the game, you have to fast forward to the point in the game that you were at. Sometimes this takes awhile. Takes me 3+ hours sometimes to watch a 2 hour game as this happens multiple times during one game.

Absolutely awful. This year I wanted to save money and used this app with redzone... boy is the app bad everywhere you use it. Firestick, Xbox, phone... you name it and I'm sure it lags, freezes and just sucks top to bottom. If you want people to pay money every month for this then they need to get this cleaned up and fixed. While watching redzone it freezes every 15 minutes. I want this to be an option but it is not worth the money as is!!!
