Easy to use, affordable prices and high acceptance rates. Also it provides you the best ride route. I think they need to advise their captains about the areas that has high requests with little acceptance and give them some Promotional Offers to be their.

Since Go Pay came out, it made payment easier for my daily travel. BUT, it needs some improvements for captains. Since Go Pay came out Captains kept asking if we will pay via cash or go pay and a number of them wanted/needed cash so they decline the trip. Is there a possibility for the Captains to see the passenger's choice for what payment they will be using? (just show the captain that the passenger will pay with cash/go pay for this trip) Thank you.

Go Pay is exactly what need. Go Bus aways on time I wish there is favorites for GO Bus trip. But other than that it is truely the best.
