Bikes are fine. Not too expensive. Went on a 90 minute ride only coat 12 dollars. However, the charge on the bikes is misleading. My bike partners bike said it was 50% charged and it died half way thorugh. We had to manually ride it back. It still said 50% charge when we checked it at the hub.

need more clips to keep things in basket from not jumping out. lost my phone until I realized the phone holder was in there. great placement. you need to advertise that feature like the helmet and brakes!!!

Overpriced. Pedal assist was weak. Next time I'll just ride my normal bike instead of paying almost $10 to ride 4 miles. Brakes were loose and didn't slow the bikes quikly. App has errors and overcharged me because it thougt the bike was not locked properly when it was. Customer service skirted around questions or couldn't answer them.

Fun ride at first, then the whole pedal arm just fell off 3 miles into the ride. Support was prompt but they simply told me to end the ride. They offered me an unspecified credit: I had to push to get the ride refunded and although I am told it was, so far it hasn't been. Also i dont understand why the dont have info on which bike I'm riding. Anyway I had to walk back. Edit: Refund went through.

Ineffective GPS locations for unlocking rides. Battery levels are not accurate. Charges money even without unlocking. No customer service at all. (Location: Baton Rouge) Advertised in website as available in Syracuse NY, not true. (Location: Syracuse) Upon further investigation I've found the app collects information on user contacts and media even when the user denies access by both app controls and settings. I will scrub this app, and I reccomend no one should use their services.

locked up on me several times during the ride due to 'inactivity'. I stopped to take pictures. Support was able to unlock. However, it shouldn't auto lock. Will not ride with them again.
