Ordered a taxi and got cancelled for no reason. Tried again and got assigned to the same driver, is he the only one registered on IOW? Ended up walking to a bus stop, app unusable.

Booked a cab, card details taken etc, all sorted. Or so we thought. Taxi never turned up and had been deleted from the 'My bookings' section. No notification. Ended up having to walk several miles at 1am, if I'd been a vulnerable person alone, that could have been risky. Deleting the app, very disappointed.

It won't open unless I let it track where I am. It just shuts down when I choose to deny location. I'm not going to the Isle of Wight until next week! so no point in it being so inquisitive. I wanted to get some representative journey costs, but will have to look elsewhere.

It won't let me add my card details, and so far all bookings I've made with cash payments have cancelled on me, this is not isle of wight uber.
