Good app, but this is the second time i've had to uninstall the app and reinstall it to fix it. The first time it kept crashing and i had to pay for a new ticket to get home as the helpline was closed and once i had reinstalled my ticket had disappeared. This time i could not pay for anything, having deleted and re-installed the app before i waited until my current ticket expired, and it worked fine. if you do lose your tickets its only a minor hassle to ring up and have them re-added.

Bought pack of 12 singles for £18 which are available for 24 months from purchase date. Used about 2 or 3 of them and then opened the app randomly one day and saw that they had all disappeared! If I don't get them back then this app is just taking everyone's money! Not impressed at all

Technical errors all over the place, only method of payment is by adding a card but I can't add a card, can't log out. Daren't buy a ticket even if I could, as I wouldn't trust it to work when it was needed.

Soooooo sloooooow and can't pay! This used to be an excellent way of paying for bus journeys. Unfortunately the latest version takes about 5 minutes to activate a ticket which means you run the risk of missing your bus. Now PayPal has been removed as a payment option and putting in credit card details results in an error message I can't even buy tickets anymore. I guess this means I will be using First Bus now - not a great business move for Bluestar.

So, now you can't pay with PayPal but when I try to add a card it says there's a technical error and to try again later?? Normally buy a 30 day ticket but I guess I can't get one of those from the bus driver? Am I just supposed to pay more money by getting 7 day tickets for £18 every week? Please sort this out

Was working fine. The suddenly, overnight it was continually asking me to reconnect to validate my ticket. Still no change after many hours, so force stopped the app, cleared all data, and logged back in. Now my valid montly ticket, with over a week left on it has vanished, together with all my payment methods. How do I get it all back? Extremely unimpressed, and very pissed off if I have lost all details, and valid ticket!
