App will not download at all .I have this same app on my other phone and it works just fine but will not work on this phone crazy part I'd its the same exact phone as the other one and the app works great on the old phone

Only 3 cause the pop up adds are just too many. I try to click on something and next thing I know I'm in a totally dif app. Not cool and as far as setting it up it won't let me. Not too sure about this app I was all excited too! Think I might have to get rid of it. Bummed out😩
