Slow, unable to open app most of the time, some features work (i.e. upload documents, setup pet info etc) but with limited access. It is a nice concept but falls extremely short on getting claims addressed etc.

In Feb, I rated the app and company 3 stars. I still have to update all of the information for each of my pets every time I open the app. It takes FOREVER to get the app the submit a claim. Plus I haven't received payment on the only 2 claims I've made. I haven't even gotten feed back as to why. As soon as I can get my furbabies covered under another app like Trupanion. I will not have to deal with this mess again!!! Your furbabies are worth more than this. Don't waste your time and money

Just installed the app - version 4.1.7 on 6/23/21. It opens and displays a login button and nothing works - can't click on the log in button, can't do anything. Seems they have some quality issues they need to figure out. Based on the other reviews, this seems like a trend.

Unable to submit claims because app keeps freezing. Website has a link to a page for technical support; however this page is broken. I have just tried to reinstall app & it is not accepting the verification link it texted me. I tried several times. Also, Petplan charges $3.50/month fee per pet just to pay your premiums. The only way to avoid this is to pay annually. You can pay quarterly but will still be charged a processing fee. Just to pay your premium! ☹😱

Slow, clunky, and fails to save. Hangs on loading screens. Uploading documents is painful. Saving, updating, and viewing claims is near impossible. Says claims will be reviewed in 15-30 days. My claim is 30+ days old and not even in "review" stage even though I uploaded records within 48 hours. Tried to call, but support isn't open on Sundays and hours are limited on other days.

If the plan doesn't work any better than the app then I've wasted $161.00! The app won't let me enter my pets vet, and won't move passed the question. No, I don't recommend the app, because it doesn't work properly, or is extremely, extremely, slow!
