Pelo bom atendimento prestado muito prestativo atencioso super recomendo alugueis de carro na Lexus Collection eu sempre alugo o Lexus uxh hibrido ótimo carro e econômico.

Tinha tido um problema no cadastro do app, mas o Mauro da Collection em SP me ajudou e consigo usar o app novamente agora! Atendimento nota 10! O serviço ainda é um pouco limitado por conta do horário de retirada dos carros e a frota pequena, mas tem muito potencial!

Aplicativo não possui boa usabilidade. Já faz mais de uma semana que submeti meus dados para análise e sem resposta que agora. Não há uma forma de fazer contato para verificar o status da análise.

O app não permite acesso às informações dos veículos sem que o cartão de crédito seja inserido, além do billing de R$1000 para que o cartão seja testado.

Desinstalei em 5 minutos! Logo se vê que o foco do aplicativo não é o usuário/cliente mas sim coletar logo os seus dados. Acredite: se você não colocar todas as suas informações pessoais, incluindo cartão de crédito e a imagem de sua CNH o aplicativo NEM ABRE. Eu só queria saber antes de mais nada se minha cidade já tem o serviço para, aí então, me cadastrar. Toyota está entrando errado nesse mercado com um APP desses! Desinstalado.
