Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Veg Guide on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

Awesome! Great for local veg folks, and absolutely brilliant for friends and family of veg*ns who spend time in Toronto here and there! Only odd thing I noticed: for some reason the default setting was miles instead of km. Very quick toggle fix under settings, though.

Extremely useful when you're out and about and need to know closest veg place. Turn on your GPS. Thank you, TVA, though it's about time. Great that you show the discounts.

Results are sorted by proximity for your convenience, you can also view live maps to see what options are near you. With 200+ listings and more added every day, we've got you covered in Hamilton, Burlington, Milton, Guelph, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Vaughan, Markham, Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Oshawa and everything in between.

- Maps and lists are always sorted by your current location. We're exploring ways to allow you to select a specific location to search. For now, you can expand the list by refreshing from the bottom and going to the map.
