So I'll say this, while obviously there is not a "real" secret menu for McDonalds, some locations will make some of the items for you. You just have to ask for substitutes/alterations to the item. Some things they will do, others they won't because the cash register doesn't have a way to ring it up. Like the McLeprechaun shake, my mom has ordered that for years. When its Shamrock season you just ask for half shamrock half chocolate. Easy enough.

The app doesn't open past McDonalds Secret Menu. Just a red screen. It's all a lie anyways

They aren't really menu items if you have to construct it yourself. Those are called recipes.

Only some of the items are in McDonald some are just made up so it is kinda fake.
