Can't even view my device online even after paying for it. Also email id of yours is getting bounced. Don't know how to get in touch with you. My DVR is showing connecting and does not go to the status connected. Which use to be few weeks before. Anyways ur reply awaited also restarted device but nothing happening .

Rubbish.. do not use this app. The moment you pay for their cloud service remote viewing will stop working. I spent hours with tech support guy in vain. Stay away from Goolink!
