The camera itself is fine. However, the app is not. Accessing playback is frustrating (if not nearly impossible for specific times), updating firmware doesn't seem possible, nor does changing a password (even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app). Moreover, customer service is terrible...partly because of a language barrier but also because they are unresponsive. I can't recommend this camera because of these reasons.

It doesn't work anymore. After resetting the camera the app doesn't register the camera anymore. The camera pick up the signal but the app times out trying to connect.

It needs a lot more work to be a good app. I have a camera set up and the app will only notify me of movement detected if I have the camera opened and Im watching it... worthless!

loser than all other applications and I tested it for the most .. it has few options. daily review of the record disastrously works. always returns at the beginning of the day 00:00. No time to set

when i tried to add a camera thro lan search, it shows the camera, but when i try to add the gid shown, it says device not exists.
