Keeps saying doorbell is offline, when it is connected by Ethernet. Doesn't connect to phone when doorbell rings, and no access to SD card records of previous calls. Totally useless.

Update really killed it....now doesn't work at all. Relied on this to monitor remote gate, waste of money, don't buy if they don't fix it. Update:. New Version update actually made it work...so good at the moment, won't do full duplex though, pain trying to talk to someone at the gate. Notification doesn't sound on the phone either.

It works perfectly & unlocks the gate on both the monitor & via app over a 60 metre distance. Very happy with it. Setup was easy, very quick response to request for code.

Works ok with my video intercom, I can open my gate, haven't tried to remotely speak to a visitor yet. Lack of settings for notifications, the only one available is a kind of police siren, that's not quiet in a public area. Also, it is not possible to be logged in on multiple devices at the same time.

Well done thank you for fixing the unable to lunch the apps it's working again now I wish you can make the app HD settings to stay on as I have to keep pressing HD every time I exist it defaults back to SD quality and when someone press the door bell it's didn't lunch the app I will try it again tomorrow I done the settings correctly. Thank you again

It is possible to open video, connect intercom and look for events on cloud. BUT main reason of app such as stream doorbell when it is calling to your phone never worked. If doorbell will be fixed can be 5*
