Does not work at all, and no where to find help. No video, no sound, cannot open door. Nothing.

so far it works well, the intercom works best with a wired internet connection, had a problem once on my mobile in "connecting message" loop. but all in all so far i am happy the device and app.

This whole system was a total waste of money. the app does not notify me of motion or when someone rings the door. It also won't sync with my device for the correct time.

Need a bit of time to learn using this app. Need to open app every day to have notification working. Can close straight after. Not enough feature e.g set auto image capture or video
