Easy to use but not flexible. Can pick drinks, pre order and pick up easily. Problem is you don't know if your drink is ready and have to chk with counter. Be good if the Q number can be given through app. Also lacks a 'favourite order location' & fave drink, which could make ordering faster. Design is dated. Option to add remarks would be perfect (e.g. Less pearls, less peach syrup and flex to mix your own drink (e.g. Lychee Alisan, as standard menu doesn't offer etc)

Topped up money to my app wallet... Money was deducted from my bank but its not inside my Gong Cha wallet n thus I can't purchase drink after all... So where do my 10bucks go??? Refund me!!

Bad application. Ordered a drink and waited 10mins for it, the drink was not made because they ran out of an ingredient. There was no notification on it and it was only after I asked that it was made

Somehow the app can't load anymore after I topped up during the promo period? Even during CB, we should be able to use this to pay for our deliveries especially since the credits will expire within a year. Is this a scam or what?

A lot of customer are facing the same issues. The app stopped working and there are unused credits.

Recommend a seperate side tab to toggle rewards and orders compared to current interface where users only can check such info after they selected a branch
