I've visited numerous Gong Cha branches for years but not one of them has a working app scanner. Writing to their customer support will get you nowhere, just replies with generic responses that they value my feedback etc. Been a year already but this problem isn't resolved yet. I love Gong Cha but this app is useless and I don't recommend using the app. Paaasahin ka lang 🤷🏻♀️

No facility to forget password or reset password I switched phones and couldn't retrieve my old password. When I already have 181 points in the app 😭 I tried creating a new account, but the app did not send any verification to my email address. I hope I can still retrieve my account.

This was recommended by one of Gong Cha's branches, so I installed this. Tried linking my FB but not letting me do so. Tried signing up using my mail address, never got the confirmation email. Is this app really working?

this app is sooooo useless... everytime I visit Gong Cha MOA, their app scanner is always down. USELESS. SAYANG ANG POINTS. 🙄😤🤦♀️
