Extremely inconvenient experience booking via this app! Wish I had just booked the tickets direct with the operator and saved myself much time, effort and stress when my tickets were not delivered to me after paying in full. I was waiting at the gate with no tickets. My issue was eventually sorted after some emails and calls but never again! Avoid the misleading middle-man and book direct, even if you have to pay more! Any perceived advantage of booking via Native is a misconception.

Incredibly frustrating experience. Booked a ticket then turned up at the venue 2 hours later to be told it had a already been used. Held outside for an hour waiting for them to send another and found out that they're redistributing old tickets. Only one experience but 100% would not use again. Just book directly

Booking system is flawed. All dates that I select are automatically changed to the day before. Had I not double-checked I would have been issued with the wrong tickets which would have been unable on my trip. I cleared by cart and tried again; same thing happened.

Best streamline platform for booking tours and tickets. I booked a jetski tour and a full day of zip line activities for langkawi. Customer support is so helpful aswell.
