This app is advertising a service that lets people keep track of a tragic and important time of their lives. My wife almost died last year. I kept track of every moment using this app and now they are telling me that all that information is gone. That is really terrible and wrong. Patients need the information stored in this app and if their connection to the app is gone there should be a way to retrieve it. There is no back up of information.

As soon as I started to run the app I got a pop-up suggesting that I scanned my phone for a virus. Odd to say the least as I'm using a tablet. I don't trust pop-ups like that so i immediately uninstalled it. It's a shame because it did look helpful and I hadn't been able to find anything else like it. I'm waiting to see if this pop-up occurs again anywhere else. If it turns out to be unrelated I will definitely try it again.
