Never worked for me. Tried logging in with email and ticket number (app said email and ticket number matched), as guest, and by registering. Tried on bus using wifi and off bus using data. Tried again and again (5-10 times). Never worked. Blank screen over and over.

Cant book tours, can't add tours purchased from website (due to email field required but locked out). Same issues others reported months ago. Sent a complaint through the app as well but fear the programmers did not get that function working properly either.

does show your location and all the stops. but doesnt show you your nearest stop. orhow to get to the stops. does not show when the busses finish their rounds or where they terminate for a longer period.

cannot buy tickets because i cannot enter my number. took me a whilw to realize rhe frey box was for xountry codes, but even figuring that out and trying to enter two different country phone numbers, every possible combinatuon I could, would not let me purchase–no error message, juet erases the phone number when you click submit. finally just gave up and called and bought tickets. tried to enter ticket into app. cant, says email mandstoey, but the email box is unclickable. seriously?

It won't load the tour I paid for. I can't use it as an e-ticket. It has no purpose other than for advertisement.
