Went from good to worst. Customer service is poor as they don't reply messages at all or take almost a whole day. You can't trust them if you want a fast delivery. Very frustrating to use

Nice app. But they should include a Live Navigation. In which one can be monitoring the riders location at each point in time

Horrible. The riders make you believe they will arrive and pick up your packags only for you to go on the app hours later and find out its been cancelled.

I had to be the one to find out much later my delivery was not possible after all the wasted time and now telling me that I have to wait 48hrs for a refund when I was debited in less than a minute. You are unprofessional clowns.
