This application was well, I could login any time but since, subsequent application was opened, it has been the worst application I've ever seen. Each time I enter my password the account is locked and can't login anymore. Please help us with this everyone is crying over the same issue. Why don't you return the services to portal,, because this has already failed and you're doing nothing about it.

it was well until I updated the app , for now I can't even login in since the update. .am being told to enter pin after which am being told that the app is locked . And for this it has made me to download the app for almost 4 times but all in Vain .. the last app I downloaded haven't sent me the verification code, their response are :"the code will be send to the phone and email "or "only one phone can be used in registration for more information contact us" and have got only one phone number that have been using all along.Have been sending emails since 3rd but no replies so irritating . I really don't know what's going on and the time is flying for my subsequent application to be made . something is to be done .

HELB version 83 was performing very well.But when this app was called upon to be updated to its latest version 91,it is disturbing so much making it unable for me to login and it's not recognising my last pin which I used in HELB version 83.😣😣😣

I logged in a month ago (from the date of this post). This month while applying for my subsequent loan, the app indicated that it needed an update which I downloaded. It now keeps in asking for my password and i am inputting the right one. I can't access the app neither can I get the help i need. Please Helb, do something on that.

I can't even access it. I've contacted HELB agents but none of them are are assisting in anything, one is kept on hold for up to 15 minutes. I sent an email to the helb contact center but I've still not been guided on what to do. It is annoying and boring and disgusting!!!
